I do not take take custom orders.

If you have a question about sizing, please let me know. I do my best to explain and demonstrate the sizes of all items in the listings.

For crystal specimens, I provide weights of each piece as well as dimensions. Please read these carefully before purchasing. I cannot refund any crystal specimen orders due to size.

To reduce the amount of waste that accompanies being a creator, I re-use packaging contents that are in good condition (such as bubble wrap) for every purchase whenever appropriate.

All items will arrive ready to give as gifts.

I will reserve items, but I ask that the item be purchased within 1 week of reservation. After this time, I will free up the item to be purchased by other interested buyers.

I only use faux suede cord and metal chains. If you are interested in a specific cord for your pendant, please send me a note before purchasing. I cannot replace the cord once you have already purchased. If the buyer wishes to replace the cord the pendant came on, the buyer is responsible.

If you are on a budget, but fell in love with a piece, I offer installments. Please send me a message to address the details of the payment plan.
